Last year I had the pleasure of being the (unofficial) photographer at my dear friends Arjun and Mayuri's wedding. Here are some highlights from one of the most beautiful weddings I've been to, thus far.

Bangkok, Thailand

Bangkok has hands down the best street food in all of Asia. In fact, I'd go so far as to say it has the best food in the world. Not only is it incredibly delicious - full of contrasting flavours that work harmoniously together - but it's arguably one of the most photogenic cuisines. Rich with colours and textures, Thai food is to me what water lilies were to Monet.

Amok

When people think of Khmer food the first dish that comes to mind is Amok. Traditionally, Amok is made by combining cubes of fish, coconut cream, leafy greens, kroeung and prahok and wrapping it in a parcel made from banana leaves. These days, however, every cook has his or her own version of this quintessential Khmer dish, but I have to admit, of all the amok's I've ever eaten mum's is definitely the best.
